Ceramic Reproduction of Atlantic Drift
This series comprises ceramic models and interpretations of washed-up plastic bottles and containers. By fixing objects normally regarded as waste in ceramic, they are detached from their original function and context. Through material transformation, the viewer’s attention shifts toward form, texture, and sculptural presence.
The works prompt reflection on origin, value, transience, and the aesthetics of the everyday within a contemporary ecological and cultural context.
